God loved us first

In 1 John 4:19 (NIV)

The word of God tells us that "we love because he first loved us."

In John 3:16 (NIV)

The word of God tells us that "For God so loved the world he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

and

1 John 4:10 (NIV)

"This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins."

Romans 8:39 (NIV)

"nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Isn't it amazing that nothing will keep us from the love of God, we have to thank God for that!
